He is survived by: his children, Curtis R. Nichols Jr. (Jeanette) of Cooter, Vicki Hein (Emmo) of Memphis and Jeanette Dunn (Kirk) of Jonesboro; and his grandchildren, Nick Hein, Jeremy Nichols, Daniel Nichols, Justin Dunn, Scott Nichols, Andrea Evans, Sara Evans and Wesley Evans.
