He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Talmadge Bonds, Sr. (H. T.) and Eula Vick Bonds; his wife Gwendolyn; his brothers, Howard T. Bonds, Jr., Bryan M. Bonds and Mitchell Bonds, Sr.; and his grandson Chase Haberstroh.
He is survived by: his sons, Gregory V. Bonds and Jeffrey B. Bonds of Lepanto; his stepson Paul Haberstroh (Margaret) of Walls; and his grandchildren, Chris Haberstroh, Chad Haberstroh, Katie Bonds Richmond, Brooke Bonds, Sophie Bonds, Brad Glover, Emily Glover, Lauren Baker Kinder and Devin Howington. He is also survived by his father, then with his brothers, and later with his sons.
