She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Frank and Nellie Mae Wilcher Hamon; her husband Billy Bob Franklin Watson; her stepson William Robert Watson; and her grandson Michael Watson.
She is survived by: her stepson Sidney Evan Watson; her siblings, Leslie Dean Hamon, Marion Dale Hamon, Burlyn Ray Hamon, Louise Brugger and Kathryn Naomi Cottrell; and her granddaughters, Nicei, Danielle and April. She is also survived by several great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
