She was predeceased by: her parents, Baron Starks and Miriam Fraiser Starks; and her brother Rusty Starks. She is survived by: her husband James Riggan; her daughters, Vicki Hodges (Kelly) and Rachelle Riggan; her grandsons, David Oden, Danny Oden (Jamie), Bradley Wallace (Amanda) and Mitchell Wallace; and her great grandchildren, Elijah, Josh, Lukas, Layton, Austin and Wrenley.
