He was predeceased by: his parents, Ora Oliver and Nellie Mae Wills (Baughman); his sons, James Ora Wills, Jr. and David Wills; and his brother Roy Oliver Wills.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Wills; his children, Terry Wills and Sandra McKay; his grandchildren, Joshua, Matthew, Nathan and Shawn; his sister Lois Benedict; and his nieces, Carol and Connie. He is also survived by nephews and other family members.
