He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Curtis of Lead Hill; his son James Harl; his daughter-in-law Juanita Curtis of Lead Hill; his daughter Michelle Lee Curtis of Pea Ridge; his grandchildren, Casse Estep of Alpena, Brandon, Megan Hagan of Pea Ridge, Jessica, Tori of Springfield and Emmie Allan of Lead Hill; his great grandchildren, Wyatt Estep of Alpena, Andrew Hagan of Pea Ridge, Layton of Springfield, Alyssa of Springfield, Melissa of Springfield, Luke of Springfield, Sophia Faye of Springfield, Chase and Trenton of Lead Hill; his sister Brenda; his brother-in-law Kennith Dixon of Lead Hill; and his nephews, Jody Dixon (Dawn) of Monette and Scotty Dixon (Crystal) of Lead Hill.
