It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ann Phillips of Lead Hill, Arkansas, born in San Diego, California, who passed away on July 4, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Nance and Edna Nance (Dodson). She is survived by: her significant other Mike Otteson; her children, Danny Ball, Richard Morrison, Tami Ball and Tammie Breger; and her sister Wanda Lou Nance. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
