He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Williams and Ella Barnum Williams; his sons, Steven Todd Williams and Joe Wayne Williams; and his granddaughters, Rebecca Michelle Williams and Julie Ann Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Vela Williams; his children, Patty (Kenny Jackson), Iretha (Larry Holcomb) and Rickey (Tina Williams); and his siblings, Mary Lou Robertson of Corpus Christy, Genevieve Lane of Monette and Waymon Williams of Monette. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
