He is survived by: his nephew Michael Ballard (Sheila) of Granite City, Illinois; his nieces, Pamela Chapman of Granite City and Monica Thacker of Leachville; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Donald Ferguson (Chelsie) of Granite City, Audie Ferguson of Alton, Illinois, Lacey Albaugh (Brenden) of Granite City, Kristina Thacker of Leachville, Britany Thacker of Leachville and Breanna Thacker of Leachville.
