She is survived by: her children, Phillip Cater of Monette, Jeff Cater of Leachville, Todd Shepard of Leachville, Kim Kelly of Doniphan and Holly Webster of Leachville; and her sister Joyce Owens of Paragould, AR.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
