She is survived by: her children, Kevin Cooper (Tuesday) of Leachville, Arkansas and Stacy Cooper of Leachville, Arkansas; her siblings, Carol Smith (Lin) of Leachville, Arkansas, David Ladd of Leachville and James Ladd (Ginny) of Granite City, Illinois; her grandchildren, Cameron Polley (Shaunnah), Erin Polley and Katelan Hovis (Dustin); her great grandchild Grayson Polley; and her adoptive children, Bobby Joe Cook, Michael Hattenhauer (Shonna), Phillip, Cassie Sterling, Jeremy, Lisa Tucker, Michelle Steele, Amy Lambert, Robert, Samantha Pulliam and Angie Thomas-Williams.
