He is survived by: his daughter Ashton Curtis VanReenen (James) of Frisco, TX.; his mother Marjorie Curtis of Leachville; his siblings, Kenneth Curtis (Debbie) of Chickasha and Linda Johnson of Leachville; and his grandchildren, Jimmy, Allie and Wyatt.
