He was predeceased by: his father Tommy Spencer; his sister Tracy Jeanette Lasater; and his grandson Landon Joseph Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Macel Johnson Spencer of Leachville; his children, Robert Spencer (Kara) of Paragould and Georgia Spencer; his mother Barbara Roberts Spencer of Leachville; and his siblings, Timothy Spencer Don Spencer (Nancy) and Tammy Jackson (Chris Regina Meacham). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
