He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Mouser and Maggie Edgin Mouser; and his son Charles Mouser. He is survived by: his wife Pauline Ross Mouser; his son Bruce Mouser of Leachville; and his grandchildren, Shannon Mouser and Angel Benham.
