She was predeceased by: her spouse Estus Williams; her parents, Robert Parham and Mildred Strickland Parham; and her sisters, Lois Cora and June Grissom.

She is survived by: her children, Deb Kee (Dan) of Bentonville, David Williams (Laura) of Selma and Larry Williams (Sherri) of Texas; and her brother Bruce Parham of Greenwood, Mississippi.. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
