He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben H. Noel and Vivian Noel (Bradshaw); and his wife Elizabeth "Liz" Noel (Graham). He is survived by: his sons, Jon Noel (Ashley) of Lavaca and Ben Noel (Latisha) of Lavaca; his sister Marilyn Denman (Don) of Mansfield; his grandchildren, Maddox, Jakob, Hudson, Ava, Presley and Vivienne; and his great grandchild Everleigh Noel.
