She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonzo Beard and Agnes Lounelle Beard (Davis). She is survived by: her husband Jim Wood of Lavaca, Arkansas; her son Tyler Wood of Raleigh; her siblings, Lonnie Beard (Stacy) of Phoenix, Tom Beard (Pat) of Lavaca, Jerry Beard (Amy) of Fayetteville, Arkansas and Robbie McDonald (Allen) of Rogers, Arkansas; her sisters-in-law, Becky Atkins (Wayne) of Lakeland, Audrey Williams (Barry) of Bartlett and Jeane Teasdale (Nick) of Great Barrington, Massachusetts; her nieces and nephews, Audra Bocksnick (Shane) of Lavaca, Britney Stormer (Zack) of Lavaca, Ashley Sherrod (Jordan) of Fayetteville, Eileen Beard of Little Rock, Eric McDonald (Caroline) of Rogers, Ian Beard (Courtney) of Little Rock, Sam Beard (Gayle) of Fayetteville and Robert Beard of Springdale, Arkansas; and also, Mary and Gerald Millione of Southaven.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Kibler Baptist Church (141 E Kibler Hwy, Van Buren, AR 72956). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
