He was predeceased by: his father John J. Helfrich. He is survived by: his mother Rita Schenk Helfrich of Fort Smith; his daughter Mandy (Lance Kuykendall) of Van Buren; his siblings, Peter B. Helfrich (Christine), Donald F. Helfrich of Longview, Terri A. (Steve Haaser) of Fort Smith, Kenneth S. Helfrich (Cathy) of New Bern, Thomas A. Helfrich (Danielle) of Burleson, Jane F. (Richard Wakefield) of Fayetteville and Anna C. (Scott Jones) of Rogers; and his granddaughter Faith. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and great nieces and great nephews.
