He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Lewis (Andy) of Lavaca, AR., Rachel Russell (Josh) of Huntington, AR., Joseph Sherrell (Kattie) of Oark, AR. and Mandy Restine (Mike) of Oark, AR.; his siblings, Bill Mayfield (Judy) of Van Buren, AR. and Patti Graham (Lyndell) of Lavaca, AR.; and his grandchildren, Jordan, Tynlee, Jo-Hanna, Eli and Jesse.
