It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louise Powers of Lavaca, Arkansas, born in Tryon, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 2, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Breeden and Thelma Breeden (Nickelson); her husband James Curtis Powers; and her siblings, Jack Breeden, Frank Breeden, Don Breeden and Norma Leigh.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Powers of Lavaca and Mike Powers of Fort Smith; her grandchildren, Kelly Higdon (Ryan) of Wister, Scott Long (Candice) of Lavaca, Tyler Powers (Kimberly) of Lavaca and Jeff Powers (Jamie) of Mansfield; and her great grandchildren, Adi Jo, Wes, Peyton Higdon, Zoe Kristofik, Gus, Reese Long, Carter, Fisher Powers, Holden and Jemma Powers. She is also survived by her family, and being with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
