He is survived by: his daughters, Holly Cook of Lavaca and Stacy Hardgrave (Hugh) of Lavaca; his sister Lou Helms of Lavaca; his grandchildren, Blake Cook, Tammy Cook, Hilary Richardson and Haley Jane Harris; his great grandchildren, Lexi, Zoe, Lucy Jane, Hoyt, Kaylor, Palmer Kate and Hollis; and his pet RubySue.
