She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel Ann Harris Middleton and Ralph Middleton, Jr.; her brothers, Greg Middleton, Ralph Carson Middleton and Leonn Middleton; and her grandson Andrew Calvin Hobbs.
She is survived by: her husband Billy J. McGahey of Fort Smith, AR; her daughters, Elizabeth Parnell Duncan of Drummond, TN and Karen Parnell Hobbs of Lavaca, AR; her grandsons, Johnathan Gregory Duncan of Drummond, TN and Gabriel Alan Hobbs of Lavaca, AR; and her brothers, Steve Middleton of Susanville, CA, Michael Middleton of Ventura, CA and Paul Middleton of Lake Havasu, AZ. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
