She was predeceased by: her father Dean F. Oakes; and her husband Frederick John Levine. She is survived by: her children, Tamara Levine of Lavaca, Thomas Levine of Fort Smith and Timothy Levine of California. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
