He was predeceased by: his parents, Tilben Menard and Mary L. Royer; and his nephew Billy Menard. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Menard (Higginbotham); his daughters, Karla Broussard (Aaron), Bethanie Matthieu (Irene Figueroa) and Kortnie Matthieu; his stepson Joshua Royer (Tiffany); his siblings, Gregory Menard, Phyllis Doucet (Dale), Cynthia Menard and CJ Albert; and his goddaughter Annette Prejean. He is also survived by six grandchildren; seven step-grandchildren; and three step- great-grandchildren.
