He was predeceased by: his parent Ursery Reeves Ray; and his siblings, Robert Ray and Mary Alice Carter. He is survived by: his wife Fran Ray (Brody); his children, Francene Hewett of Fayetteville, Michael Dan Ray (Melissa) of Lavaca, Jeffery Dewayne Ray (Susan) of Lavaca, Gregory Douglas Ray of Lavaca and Bradford Dan Ray (Brooke) of Russellville; and his grandchildren, Kayleigh, Cason, Curlin, Harlee, Elizabeth, Emily, Brooklyn, Brady and Bryn. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
