He is survived by: his son Jason Weaver; his siblings, Claudia Vaughn, Jama Kaye Watkins and Dr. Phillip Weaver; his wife Jean Ann Weaver (Edwards); his son Jesse H. Weaver III; and his grandchildren, Faith Johnson (Carl), Tristan Weaver (Katy), Ashlee McCue (John), Witni Whittle (Jeff) and Taelor Glewwe (Hannah). He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
