She was predeceased by: her mother Katie Bell Culbertson (Baugher); her husband Carl Thomas Wisley; her son Paul Franklin Wisley; her grandson Casey Wayne Thomas; and her parent Marion Culbertson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tommie Wisley Hall of Lavaca and Jackie Wisley Buckner (Lindel) of Fort Smith, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Heather Hall Papageorgiou (Jake) of Fort Smith, Marcia Kay Buckner of Greenwood, Arkansas, Chad Thomas Wisley of Fort Smith, Arkansas and Taylor Joseph Wisley of Fort Smith, Arkansas; and her great grandchildren, Jake T. Papageorgiou of Dallas, Megan Kate Papageorgiou of Fayetteville, Greyson Leavell of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Huxley Wisley of Fort Smith, Arkansas and Emma Wisley of Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Roberts Memorial Chapel. A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
