She was predeceased by: her husband Clyde Lovell; her siblings, Ethel Pauline Douglas, Mettie Lou Douglas Bullington and R. B. Douglas; and her half-siblings, Violet Douglas Hutchins, Bonnie Douglas Grant, Herbert Douglas, Nicel Douglas, Woodrow Douglas, Audie Douglas and Gentry Douglas.
She is survived by: her children, Levena Michael (Willis) of Lavaca and Lonnie Lovell of Owasso, OK; and her granddaughter Lydia Michael of Fort Smith.
