She was predeceased by: her father Fred Pierce; her husband David Mantooth; and her siblings, Ray Dean Pierce, Harley Pierce and Rose Mary Jones.

She is survived by: her children, Amy Simmons (Kenneth) of Charleston and Paul Mantooth (Jennifer) of Lavaca; her siblings, Dorothy Williams of Charleston, Velta Oxford (Everett) of Mansfield, Donnie Pierce (Judy) of Cecil and Larry Pierce (Yvonne) of Greenwood; and her granddaughter Destiny Mantooth of Fort Smith.
