He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Manning and Norma Jean Manning (Wallace). He is survived by: his wife Leona Manning (Butler); and his siblings, Doug Manning of Delaware, David Manning of Pennsylvania and Shirley Stewart of Delaware. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
