He was predeceased by: his stepfather Lloyd Melton; and his siblings, Steven Shane, Andy and Kathy. He is survived by: his wife Crystal; his children, Patrick, Brittney (Michael) and Josh (Hannah); his parents, Priscilla Moore and Jimmy Penrose; his stepmother Jo Penrose; and his siblings, Bobby John and Tiffanie.
