He was predeceased by: his brother Earl Dean Clem. He is survived by: his wife Sue Clem (Ramsey); his children, Bobby Dale Clem (Allison) of Lavaca and Donna McFerran of Lavaca; his sister Ann Neal (Mike) of Lavaca; his granddaughters, Megan Johnson (Justin) of Texas and Tara Peacock (Brad) of Bald Knob, Arkansas; and his great grandchildren, Ella Johnson, Ireland Johnson and Silas Peacock.
