He is survived by: his wife Ruthie Martin (Johnson); his daughter Terri Smothers (Tommy) of Lavaca; his granddaughter Brandi Green (Davin) of Lavaca; his great grandchildren, Westin and Ruby Green; and his siblings, Christine Davidson of Lavaca, Willine Ellison of Sallisaw, Artie Martin of Charleston, Nancy Teague of Charleston and Harold Wayne Martin of Fort Smith.
