It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Frank Wigley (Lavaca, Arkansas), born in Charleston, Arkansas, who passed away on October 15, 2019, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Henry Wigley and Bertha Mae Wigley (Lovell). He is survived by: his sister Frances Owens; his daughter Donna McDonald of Charleston; his brother Johnny Wigley of Branch; and his grandchildren, Daniel McDonald of Charleston and Shawna McDonald of Charleston.
