He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert H. Kiene and Rose Kiene (Wellintz); and his siblings, Thomas Arthur, Donald, Joseph Kiene and Mary Lou Kiene.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jean; his children, Jeanice Hess (Tom) of Batesville, AR, Kenneth Kiene (Kelly) of Charleston, AR, David Kiene (Angie) of Greenwood, AR and Ronald Kiene (Lori) of Van Buren, AR; his sisters, Rose Anne and Alberta Kiene of Rudy, AR; and his grandchildren, Sarah, Lauren, Bailey, Cole, Ashley, Paul, Brooke, Maria, Julia, Jacob, Miranda, Makayla, Cody and Emily. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
A rosary was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the Ocker-Putman Funeral Home (4500 Jenny Lind Rd, Fort Smith, AR 72901). Visitation was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart of Mary Catholic Church (1301 Frank St, Barling, AR 72923).
