It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Violet Ruth Bledsaw of Lamar, Arkansas, born in Danville, Arkansas, who passed away on February 23, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Partin and Ruth Blankenship Partin; and her daughter Angela Swanlund. She is survived by: her husband Everett W. Bledsaw; her grandchildren, Adam Decker of Little Rock, Tyler Swanlund of Ozone, Sara and Russell Smith of El Dorado, Kansas; and her siblings, Lee Partin of Russellville and Betty Askew of Little Rock. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
