He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Cains and Catherine Matthews Cains; and his brother David George Cains. He is survived by: his children, Brian Matthew Cains, Robert Nicholas Cains and Catherine Stephanie Miranda; and his brothers, Bill Cains and Ron Charles Cains. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
