He is survived by: his children, Michael Don Mooney, Jeff Mooney and Cindy Smith; and his siblings, Randy Mooney, Bob Mooney, Donny Mooney and Linda Martin. He is also survived by his 4 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
