We are sad to announce that on January 15, 2020, at the age of 64, Jacqueline Ann Coulter (Lamar, Arkansas), born in Odessa, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bobby Lee Melton and Nancy Loraine Robinson Melton; her former husbands, Terry Shaffer and H. L. Duff Jr.; her husband Lawrence Coulter; and her siblings, Bobby Neal Melton, Debbie Shay and Pam Blasczyk.
She is survived by: her children, Lori Watson (Todd) of Hagarville, Terry Shaffer (Beth) of Fredericksburg, Virgina of Lamar, Arkansas, Amberly Duff of Lamar, Arkansas and Heather Collier of Lamar, Arkansas; and her stepchildren, Ronald Coulter of Illinois, Ryan Coulter (Mandy) of Oklahoma, Renee Coulter of Oklahoma, Rhonda Hernandez of Clarksville, Ray Coulter (Amanda) of Russellville, Earnest Duff of Clarksville, Daniel Duff (Melody) of Clarksville, Bonita Long (Mark) of Lamar, Arkansas, Gary Duff (Michelle) of Lamar, Arkansas, Laquita Duff of Lamar, Arkansas and Brady Duff (Lesa) of Lamar, Arkansas. She is also survived by thirty eight grandchildren; fifty great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
