He was predeceased by: his grandparents, George E. "Bill", Edna Parnell, Walter Robert and Joyce Lorene Blankenship. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Ray Parnell (Doris) and Betty Lou Boling (Ernie); his wife Andrea Parnell; his daughters, Abigale "Abi" Grace Parnell and Kayla Evan Kriesel (Kris); his grandsons, Aidan Kriesel and Oliver Kriesel; his sister Tiffinia Marie Morrison (John); and his nephew Kaleb Hunter Morrison.
