She was predeceased by: her father Tom; and her siblings, Jimmy Sullivan, Rosie Lamb, Leona Reemes and Frances James.
She is survived by: her children, David Ray and Rhonda Lepri (Buddy); her brothers, Tommy Hayes, George Hayes, Carl Hayes and James Hayes; her granddaughters, Paula Mulloy (Josh), Rebecca Ray (Billy), Hannah Lepri (Chandler) and Madison Lepri; and her great grandchildren, Rayleigh, Layton, John David, Jase, Noah and Dawson.
