She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Worthey and Millie Ann Worthey (Burke); her spouse Lee Otis Patrick Sr.; her children, Ronnie "Slim" Patrick, Joseph Patrick, Millie Austin and Suzzie Moss; and her siblings, Inez McDougal, Jo Blakely, Verlie Norsworthey, Bill Worthey and Tom Worthey.
She is survived by: her sons, Lee Patrick (Margaret) and John Patrick (Kathy); and her children-in-law, Emory Austin, Steve Moss and Dorothy Paula Patrick. She is also survived by numerous Grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and a great great great grandchild.
