He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Boatner and Mary Cawley Boatner. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Martar Boatner; his son Robert Jessup Boatner of Pearl, MS; his stepdaughter Amanda Brown of Lake Village; his sisters, Madonna Wright (Dewey) of Satartia, MS and Amanda Gail Capps of Pearl, MS; his nephews, Aaron and Adrian Brown of North Carolina; his niece Nicole Sloan of Stringer, MS; and his pet Mittens.
