He is survived by: his wife Patti Spivey; his children, Robert T. Spivey Jr., Jesse P. Spivey, Shelley L. Spivey and Jeremy D. Spivey; and also, Samuel P. Spivey Sr., Gloria C. Spivey and Shirley L Spivey. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hill Crest Memorial (601 US-80, Haughton, LA 71037). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Hill Crest Memorial Chapel (601 US-80, Haughton, LA 71037).
