He was predeceased by: his fathers, Edward W. Winsett and Harold Charles "Hallie" Winsett (Hamm); and his wife Penny Winsett. He is survived by: his nephew Harold Edward Winsett (Karen); his great-nieces, Tiffany Battershell and Torrie Winsett; his niece Deann Jagger; and his brother Harold Edward. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Lake Village, Arkansas and St. Scholastica Monastery in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
