She is survived by: her husband Olan H Mencer; her children, Angela Hatch (Chris) of Lake Village, AR, Kelley Bramer (Kevin) of Tom Bean, TX, Michael Mencer (Debbi) of Lake Village, AR and David Mencer (Susan) of Monticello, AR; her sisters, Elizabeth Ann Harris and Agnes Routon (George); and her grandchildren, Justin Mencer, Cody Mencer (Courtney), Rose Mencer, Sam Mencer, Mary Josetta Mencer, Brandon Bramer (Maddi) and Courtney Bramer. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
