She was predeceased by: her parents, John Edward and Frances McCain Foster; and her siblings, Charles "Buddy" Foster and Emily Foster Byers. She is survived by: her husband Craig Bing; her son James Paul Bing of Little Rock; her sisters, Mary Foster Dukes of Lake Providence, LA and Shirley Foster McKinzey of Tampla, FL; and her grandchildren, Olivia Bing of Lake Village, Ian of Little Rock and Andrew Bing of Little Rock. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that you make blood donations to the Arkansas Red Cross in honor or Lucretia.
