She was predeceased by: her parents, Obie Turner and Hettie Frances Turner; her husband Willard Procell, Sr.; and her siblings, Clarence Turner, Norwood Turner, Herman Turner, Bonnie Stowers, Beatrice Hobby and Judy Casali.
She is survived by: her sons, Willard Procell, Jr. of Lake Village and Dale Peden of Little Rock; and her sister Bernice Nicolini. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
