She was predeceased by: her parents, H. V. Redfearn and Dessie Redfearn; her husband T. A. McHan; her daughter Katie McHan Webb; and her great great grandchild Haylee Lynn Wooten.
She is survived by: her son Vernon Allen McHan (Rachel) of Fairhope, Alabama; and her siblings, Billy Redfearn of Talala and Nettie Mae Waters of Brookland, Arkansas.. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and thirteen great grandchildren.
