She was predeceased by: her husband Victor Delano Hallman; and her siblings, Laverne Stepp, Desmond Whittington, Roy Whittington and Bobby Whittington.
She is survived by: her children, Freddie Hallman (Jodie) of Alexandria, LA, Victor Hallman of Lake Village, AR, Jewell Parham of Greenwood, MS and Deborah Mazzanti (Joe) of Lake Village, AR; and her siblings, Troy Whittington (Barbara) of Lake Village, AR, Cecil Whittington (Peggy) of Little Rock, AR and Maxine DeAngelo of Bedford, TX. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
